Questions listers ask

What do I need before I can list?: Your ID, a phone number, the exact pickup point, and your vehicle's registration and fitness certificate. The app shows what is still outstanding.
Who sets the day rate?: You do. You can change it at any time. Bookings already made keep their rate.
What if my vehicle is already booked or off the road?: You control availability. Add the windows when the vehicle can go out, and requests outside those windows never reach you.
How do I get paid?: Today our team settles payouts by hand. Your earnings show in your owner portal, and we arrange the payment with you directly.
What does it cost to list?: We are finalising listing plans for launch. We will show you the cost before you commit to one.
Do you check the renter?: Yes. Renters verify their ID and driver's licence before they can book. You see their name before you accept, and their phone number once the booking is confirmed.
